What we do

What we do on the ground.

Seven service lines, delivered for government programmes, cooperative federations and institutional buyers. Each is stated with what it produces and the record that backs it.

  1. 01

FPO / FPC formation and handholding

We mobilise farmers into producer companies, register them, and run the governance, compliance and business planning that keeps them trading.

25 producer companies formed and managed directly, and a further 119 with SIMFED.

  2. 02

    Organic certification and ICS management

We build and run the Internal Control Systems that group certification depends on — grower records, inspection cycles, traceability and audit readiness.

166 Internal Control Systems running today, under PGS-India and NPOP, with produce prepared to EU and USDA-NOP requirements.

  3. 03

    Farmer mobilisation and training

Capacity building in the field: good agricultural practice, input discipline, record keeping and the group processes certification demands.

Over 300 ICS trainings and more than 19,000 PGS trainings delivered.

  4. 04

    Aggregation, procurement and market linkage

We buy at the farm gate and sell direct to institutional buyers, taking the mandi layer out of the chain so the margin stays with the farmer.

Collection hubs at source and established North East market linkage for pineapple, ginger, Joha rice, Chak-Hao rice and black and red rice.

  5. 05

    Post-harvest infrastructure

Cold chain, cleaning, grading, packing and traceability, run from our Delhi-NCR facility.

Four high-capacity cold stores with cleaning, grading, packing and barcoding lines, backed by specialist third-party processing units.

  6. 06

    Value addition and processing

Turning aggregated raw produce into higher-value processed goods.

Delivered today through established third-party processing partners, with our own capacity in development.

  7. 07

    Trade events and institutional marketing

We put producer organisations in front of institutional and export buyers through buyer–seller meets and trade exhibitions.

Ran EXPO ONE — Organic North East in Guwahati and launched GI-tagged Tripura Queen Pineapples in Delhi. Regular exhibitors at SIAL, BIOFACH, WFI and AAHAR.
